Behavioral Technologies Consulting Organization (BTCO) is a company started by behavior analysts in response to the challenges faced by organizations working to provide evidence-based services in an ever-changing landscape.

Behavioral Technologies Consulting Organization provides organizational & behavior management consultation for ABA therapy providers. This includes consultation services for supervisees wishing to pursue their Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential and consultation and training to school districts in the field of behavior analysis.  BTCO also offers supervision and training using Oasis programs.

 BTCO expanded Targeted Case Management Services in 2025.   “Case Management”, assists the person and his/her support network to identify, select, obtain, coordinate, and use both paid services and natural supports as may be available to enhance the person’s independence, integration, and productivity consistent with the person’s capabilities and preferences as outlined in his/her Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP). Services at BTCO are unique as an evidence based applied behavior analysis approach is used to consult with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual disabilities.  BTCO works with Kansans as well as those living across the United States.
